My ex-husband, father of my two children has joint custody of our two children. I suspect he is addicted to prescription drugs. What are my options?

file a modification of child custody and support and change the arrangement you have now.
You need to promptly pursue a Petition For Modification of Child Custody, and Child Support. Through the "discovery" process, you should be able to get his medical and prescription records.
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a �do over� if things go badly.
