Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-husband moved to Vermont five years ago. I remained in Florida with our two sons both under 18 yrs old. We went to court and finalized an agreement that includes out-of-state visitation schedule and child support. He says that he will be moving back to Florida soon. Do I have any actions to take? There are indications that he won't have a job initially and may have issues maintaining payments. Also what occurs with visitation schedule? How do I manage it?

It would be up to him modify the order regarding visitation. Of course , you could both just agree without court intervention.

If he will be moving back to FL then you have to go back to court and get the time sharing schedule changed.
