Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
There is a existing court order which allows each parent a phone call a day while the child is with the other parent. My question is this, Am I allowed to record me and my sons conversation to prove to the court that he is telling my son what to say and is alienating my relationship with my son??
Im in Miami-Dade, Florida - 11th Circuit Court.

As long as both sides to the conversation know they are being recorded, you can record the conversation. If one side is unaware, you are committing a felony called "wiretapping."

You cannot secretly record a conversation. You can record it only with the consent of all the parties to the conversation.
