Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-partner and I have 2 children. We are no longer together. If I signed away my rights for the children, would I still be allowed to see them?

It depends on what you signed and whether it was ratified by a court. As a general rule, you can\'t just \"sign away\" your rights to children. They have as much right to a parent as you do to children.
