my ex's attorney is not getting back to me about upcomming visitation and health concerns. I donot have representation and have cooperated with them fully.

Your ex's attorney does not represent you. If you do not have the hearing date, you should check with the court and find out when and what time. Take a look at your ex's file. It is public record.

In the meantime, start looking for an attorney. These are not matters that should be handled without the representation of an attorney.
