Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex's mother got legal guardianship of my son, she is now commuting from Gainsville to Orlando for work. She leaves my son during the week with a babysitter. Do I have the right to go after temporary custody? (this is my neice in Florida I am trying to help her out)

You always have "the right to go after temporary custody" of your own kid. Whether you will win or not is another matter. Just because the child's grandparent leaves the child with a babysitter does not necessarily indicate to a judge that custody needs to be modified.
