Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

ex-spouse not adhering to Final judgement

State of Florida -Final Judgement, calls for martital home to be sold by a realtor that we both agree on, after the end of 5 years. This time frame ended back in January 2006, property is to be sold and the proceeds be split 50/50, she won't move, nor will she pay rent, will not even discuss the situation, says she has no intention of moving. She has allowed the children to destroy property inside and outside home and barn. There are 2 children that reside with her. Child support is current. What do we do to force her to uphold judgement?

Thanks Phil Rushlo
