Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

extension of child support

My wife filed a motion to extend

child support until my child

graduates high school. She did this

in November and my child support

ended in November. I got a

summons in February and agreed

to continue to pay until she

graduates. My question is this; My

last payment was in November of

08 because my child turned

eighteen so the case was closed

through cse. Will I have to pay

from December up till June ( which

is when she'll graduate), or from

the date I responded to the order

or from the court date, assuming the order was granted? The court

date was on March 31st and I

haven't received anything from

them yet. I appreciate the help.

You'll probably have to pay from December until June.
