Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The ex-wife and me were divorced in October, 2006. We have reconciled and want to remarry. There is still an open case for in Hillsborough county and one of the issues is that we have been trying to get out of the child support system and the judge will not close our case. If we get remarried does that aromatically close our case and the judge has no jurisdiction?

If you live together, child support is no longer due. Remarriage is irrelevant.
