Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-wife and I were divorced in PA. At that time I lived in PA and she lived in FL. I have since moved to VA. Our support order is enforced through VA DCSE. A review just took place in FL and was told it had to go through them because that is were she resides with the Children. So I guess Virginia and Florida are involved with the child support. My question is this......in my marital settlement agreement it is not specified at what age my support is enforced until. So would it go by FL age limit or VA, and what age is FL enforced until?

child support in most states continue until the child is 18 or graduates at 19. Florida has not mandatory continuation for college. Unless your order states that child support will continue through 4 years of college, I suspect it did not even address the issue, then you are subject to 18 or graduating at a19.
