Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My ex-wife and I got divorced several years ago. Part of the dissolution of marriage was that I had to pay her spousal support until she is deceased or remarries. She remarried 18 months ago and never told anyone. When I found out I took her back to court and received a jugdement stating that she is to repay me all the monies received. The marriage and divorce were both in California but she resides in Florida. How can I enforce the jugde's ruling? Can I use that paperwork to garnish her wages? Should I start my filings in California or Florida?

The CA judgment must be domesticated in Fl.
Just to expand on Mr. Slater's response, once the CA judgment is domesticated then you can proceed against her assets located in Florida.
Get a judgment and file it where she lives. Then you can enforce it.
