Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-wife has full cousdy of our 14 year old daughter, but my ex-wife wants our daughter to live with me, so how do we go about tranferring cousdy. She lives in FL and I live in AL and I need to able to put her in school in AL.

The best way--and the legal way--to do this is to jointly sign a stipulation changing custody, then have it approved by court order. A family law attorney in your area should be able to help you with this.
