Ex-wife ignores judgement
My ex wife ingored the judgement of paying off a property loan and remorgaging the house after I quick deeded it to her. The property is next door to house. The morgage on the propery was in my name only and the house morgage was joint. After she got the quick deeds, she sold the porperty deed for $10.00 to her boyfriend so he could borrow $210 on the current value of the property. The original loan for $42,000 on the property is in my name only and the loan on the house is joint. Now that the deeds are in the boyfriend's name, she is going to file bankruptcy. Do I have any recourse because she ignored the judgement? The bank tells me I am liable for the loan but if I pay it off I get nothing because she sold the deed. Help

You need to speak to an attorney. Yes, there are things that can be done for your wife's contempt of court and fraudulent transfer, but there may be time limits.
