Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Me and my ex-wife have joint custody of our son,she has majority time share we both live in jax fl I do not have good communication with his mother almost like she's hiding something or just doesn't want me in his life.my question is this:I have been keeping a running log of what our son tells me about living with her there has been a lot of abuse but she's smart enough not to leavemarks now she has moved in with a new boyfriend ad my son is telling me that the boyfriend rolls his o wn cigs and what's inside is green and he smokes around our son can I have the police check the apartment for the safety of our son

I suggest you contact Dept of Children and Family Services (DCF) - have them check out the situation. Secondly, you need to file a Modification of Child Custody, Support and Visitation - then state your facts and have your report attached as to DCF if evidence is found, and set your hearing date.
