ex-wife obtain Florida State Retirement

Married 17 years to ex-wife. Divorced for 18 years. Is ex-wife intiled to any of my Florida State Retirement? Thanks

She is only entitled to your retirement if your Final Judgment and Settlement Agreement state that she is entitled. Review your Final Judgment and Agreement.
