Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If my ex-wife refuses to pay the money ordered to me by the court, what would be my next step? And would she responsable for my court costs?

You can file a Motion for Contempt and Enforcement.

You can also request that she be responsible for your court costs and fees, but there is no guarantee that the court will grant such a request.

If the court allows the contempt/enforcement - the court will also have her pay attorney fees. But as an individual acting pro se - no, I do not believe that will be any fees alloted. There is no fee to file the contempt/enforcement.
