Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-wife has removed me as an authorized pick up person at my son's daycare and school. The daycare says they are following their "policy" and that it's a "DCF law". The school has been more vague. What are my rights?

What does your court papers state? That is what you go by. If she gave you permission and then revoked it, the day care center will not get involved unless there is a court order.
