Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

false statements, false alligations and false police reports

my ex-wife and i went through a child custody battle in new york state, during this time her and her boyfriend offered me $5000.00 to turn over parental rights. i turned this down and following this i've had child protective services investigate me and my new wife, the police investigated me for maltreatment of my children and my ex-wife filed a false report with the police trying to have me arrested and getting my visitation stopped for months based on a copy of the false police report.the problem the ex-wife has is i have tape recordings proving her lies and copies of the c.p.s. reports proving these false alligations were made by her and her boyfriend.i just went to court in florida where she relocated with 3 of our daughters, i want t6o know how to sue her financially for this and also for violating even the florida court order for visitation for the past year.

You should arrange to consult with an attorney in Florida where these civil wrongs allegedly occurred

and who should be able to advise you as to how best you might proceed to legally address these matters under Florida law.
