family dispute

i live with my fionce and his parents and our son/their grandson. i was diciplining my son when the grandfather intterfeard. he got in my face ,pressed his head against mine and threatend to strangle me. then he said he is going to kick me and the baby out. can he do this?

He'll probably have to evict you rather than just throw you out (you haven't given enough facts for me to tell you which), but yes, he can.
