Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

family divorce

I am the Petitioner and would be pro se at the Final Hearing. Respondent is represented by attorney. Can I call the Respondent first as witness to the witness stand and directly examine him? Can that be objected by his attorney? Do I have to list him as one of the winesses on my witness list?

Re: family divorce

You should list him. You can call him. If you don't know this right now it is probably a bad idea. Seek an attorney.
