This is always a tough question. If the truck is in your name, you should be able to go and pick it up if you have the key. If not, go to the dealer and obtain a new one. If the vehicle has been secreted away or locked in a garage, you will probably have to go to court and obtain a judgment awarding you possession of the truck.
