Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
There were some family issues & my daughter wanted to go live in FL with her dad's family. Her dad is currently in prison. She is 15 years old I decided to let her live there. I gave her Grandpa & his wife power of attorney over my daughter. She has been down there for a little over a year. I have signed 3 power of attorneys now, so she could be down there. they now want to adopt her & at first my daughter was on board. It is now bad for her there she has stated a few times she no longer wants to be there & wants to come home she misses me and her siblings. They won't let her speak to my family & when she does they take her phone away. her family in FL is now bullying her telling her that her mother doesn't love her they will cut her off if she comes home. It just is a bad situation down there & she wants to come home. The problem is I just signed another POA in January 2023 & it's good for 6 months. I told her it's a good ideal for her to stay there till May so she finishes her school year but then we will figure out her coming home. My POA I believe will not be up till June or July of this year. She really wants to come home is there a way for me to revoke the POA in May.

A POA can usually be revoked. If you cannot have her come to you, you may need to contact the police or obtain Florida court order.
