Divorced for 10yrs. Husband commited fraud in divorce petition, still to this moment have a lot of unclear issue's with him and to kids with him. Divorce Decree doesn't clearly indicate much that I needed justified. Can I go back and still petition any of my Divorce?

If you've only just discovered that he lied about information he disclosed to you, you may be able to go back. However, a judge may say your divorce is too old. If you discovered the fraud some time ago (probably more than a year), the judge will almost certainly say it's been too long to reopen your divorce. You should speak to a Family Lawyer to be sure.
