what are fathers rights in a case where paternity was never established? would he be able to come and get temporay custody of the child? what rights do i have as a mother? being that we were never married do i currently have custody?

In simple terms, Florida law doesn't provide any rights to a father where paternity was never established by court order. You have custody, and he legally gets nothing until he files a paternity suit.
