Family law in Florida

3 year old boy and 1 year old girl, Do they have to have their own bedroom, or can they share a bedroom, and sleep in different beds? Also can the mother sleep in the same room?

Re: Family law in Florida

No law forbids everyone from sleeping in the same room, or even in the same bed. I don't even think a judge would think twice about it at that age.
