Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

im in the military, and i have a two year old son. me and his mom are not together and i want full custody. also we where never married and she is still only 17. she does not take care of him, she's always out parting and has no job or source of income. she pawns him of to her grandparents all the time but wont allow him to leave with out of spite. is there a way i can get my son and soon. Also shes moving away without him next week, if that helps.

You must petition the Circuit Court in Florida for custody. Good luck.
