Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Family Law question...
My husband gave his parental rights 15 years ago to his ex-girlfriends husband. His girlfriend is now contacting us asking if she can have pictures of my husband when he was 15 and now with his family. Is this legal? Are we doing anything wrong if we agree to send pictures or even set-up a meeting between all of us? We are not sure how far her son's curiosity is going to go. She say's her husband is OK with all of this and so far her son just wants the pictures. Thanks

Re: Family Law question...
There's no legal issue here. If the child is still a minor, his legal guardians (the mother and her husband)can prevent the child from acting. That's the only legal aspect of this. It seems to me that the rest is a matter for a psychologist or family counselor, not the law.
