Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi. I have a family law question. I will have a baby in a few month. Her father and I split up and he went back to UK. He is a citizen of Great Britain and I am a resident here in Florida, US. Questions I have are:

1. Am I able to put his name on birth certificate without him being present?

2. Am I able to use his last name for the baby? Or am I able to give baby any last name?

3. Is there any chance to claim child support from him considering he is not a citizen or resident of US, and I am also not sure of his physical address in UK?

4. Does he have any legal rights for our child if he's not mentioned on birth certificate?

5. Will it pose me any difficulties if our child does not have my last name (being a single parent)and has any other last name, possibly fathers?

The baby will be born in Florida if that matters.

Thank you
