Family Law
I recently split from my Fiance of ten years i had a child outside of my relationship he has been a father too. We decided when we got back together not to locate her father but i did let her meet her sisters. Now that me and my fiance have split he does not want to support her even though he has for the last 6 years even on his tax return he has claimed her. WHat do i do. my father said he is legally resposible for her. Is he right?

Under Florida law, he may not be responsible for the child but the natural father should pay child support. You should meet with a family law attorney and review all of the facts for a more precise response to your question.
