Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

So what happens if the family law summons cannot be served in 120 days? Although I advised the process server that she is best served at night, they only work 0600 to 1430 M-F. She knows that the process server is coming and she knows when they work, she even called him and lied about her whereabouts. So she is ducking them.

you get another one and try again. (alia summons) I suggest you get the Sheriff's office to do this as a private process server is only going out maybe 2 times. The Sheriff goes out at least 5 times. And if you know she is ducking them, tell them so they will be aware of what is going on.
