Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

family law

I have supervised visitation, and I live in Florida, and my children live in Kentucky. Their father is refusing to let me have any phone contact with them, is there anything legally I can do to fix this. What rights do I have. I pay child support. sincerely--name removed-
