Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
family law
I have supervised visitation, and I live in Florida, and my children live in Kentucky. Their father is refusing to let me have any phone contact with them, is there anything legally I can do to fix this. What rights do I have. I pay child support. sincerely--name removed-

Re: family law
first consult the terms of your divorce, and see what it says about visitation and telephone calls. If you need to do anything to enforce your rights you should bring an action in the jurisdiction where the divorce was entered.
