Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my wife has left the state of florida to visit for a portion of the summer with our son,she has done this before and returned,she has family there.she now states she is not returning,we are seperated(not legally)with know gaurdian rights established yet,we both have joint custody.nothing has been established by court.can she leave the state and refuse to return with my son?

No she cannot, she needs a court's permission to re-locate with the child. If necessary, you can get help from law enforcement.
