family relocation
I do need a permission from the father of my childrens to relocate my family to an other state, wath letter do i need to send to my exhusband?

Assuming there has been no court action taken to date, a notarized letter that explains what is happening and that your ex agrees to do this should suffice.
Of course, without a court order he still could change his mind.
If you believe there is a chance that he may be against this, I would first talk to an attorney where you live and see what he feels would fly in your county of current residence.
