i have 2 teenage dauhters and I am seperated from my husband and now looking to get a devorice. I just found out that their father has been sending one of their friends text messages telling her she can run away with him and when she turns 18 they can get married. Her parents have reported to the police. Should I allow my daughters to go with him or should I file for emerigance custody and get a restraing order so that he can't come around me or the girls in fear of what he my try with them?

Just because he has the hots for one of your daughters' friends--as disgusting as that is--doesn't mean he'll try to molest your daughters. I doubt your emergency motion will be granted. Plus, your daughters are teenagers, it's not like they can't report conduct if he tries to do something. Just file for divorce. Hopefully, he'll get help.
