I have a kid that it is american, she born here in usa, we getting a divorce in my country venezuela, where we married 17 years agothe question is for the assests that my husband has in usa , my kid or I have any right?he own apartment in florida, car, has bank accounts etc

You didn't say how old this child is? If she is a minor, she would not get anything. Why get a divorce in Venezuela when everything is here (I guess). Children do not share in the proceeds of a divorce directly. If a Court awards the apartment (condo) to you, the car and the bank account, then she would profit from your gain, maybe?
If you geta divorce in Venezuela and that court has jurisdiction.
