Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The father andi have a signed agreement that's notarized about when my son can see him .

Now I found out by a family friend that my child's father house is totally filthy , his grandmother that lives there is now chain smoking and his father and grandmother are always swearing fighting constantly . Do I still have to send my son if I'm worried about his safety . The agreement does have set dates .

The short answer is probably yes. Have the agreement reviewed by an attorney ASAP.

Stop this nonsense. Get a lawyer and prepare the proper visitation schedule for the safety of your child. a Notarized Document is NOT a court order. It will hold some weight but not necessarily so if the child is exposed to un safe conditions.
