Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If the father gets arrested for drug charges after a mediation agreement is written up which states no party shall transport child after consuming alcohol or nonprescription drugs, can the mediation agreement become void? I am the temp. custodian by extended family and have been since 2005. I have fears. Can I demand a hair strand test on both parents? And if they test positive, can I request a new mediation for supervised visitation?

The mediation agreement isn't void, but the father may be in violation of it. You can file a motion for contempt and for drug testing, and a result of the motion for contempt may be drug testing and/or supervised visitation. You don't need a new mediation.
