father on birthcert.

i was married 9 years 1 child born then divorce child 8years old at time......

i tried to get birth cert. and was told that i am not the listed father..so i cannot get a copy...i pay 150.wk child support.. what do i do..i dont even get visitation she convinced the court that i would be harmful to my son the only yime i had problem was with mom WE both fought but i am the bad guy

Are you paying child support through DOR? If so, somewhere you were either acknowledged as the father or paternity was established somehow.

Are you listed on the putative father registry?

File a petition for modification of the child support order on the basis that you no longer know if this is in fact your child and you want a paternity test.
