Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Do you have to allow the father to see the child when going through a divorce? Or can you wait till medation and a parenting plan in place? I just went to court today for a injuction that I had but was denied any longer because I did not have enough evidence.

It is not a good idea to block time-sharing/visitation during the pendency of the divorce, since that can be used against you when the court is determining the parenting plan schedule to be followed post-divorce and is generally not in the best interests of the child.
