If the father of my child is married and we don’t talk, so I have to tell him I’m pregnant? Can he take the baby if he makes more money than me?

In Florida, a parent can always file for timesharing to spend more time with the child, and therefor keep the child for overnight visitation as well. The presumption that the best interest of the child is to have both parents in the child's life. How much money each side makes could be a factor in determining what is in the best interest of the child, but typically does not result being denied timesharing with the child.
