when father of child is sent to prison for 25 years and would be 63 when getting out will he have to pay past cild support

Prison does not support the obligation to pay child support. It just keeps accruing while a person is incarcerated. So, yes. It would be wise for the inmate to file a motion to mi=odify the amount of the support, otheriwse it continues to accrue at the high rate.
