Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

the father of my children abandoned us over a year ago. we were never married. he still emails me on yahoo. i applied for child support, and was approved. however, he has made it clear, that he will become a "ghost" and no one will ever find him. hes now harassing me about it. is it true, that he may not be found? and what can i/ should i do? please help!

Really!? Where are his parents, his friends, where is he working? What did he do in the past? I suggest you head to the child support enforcement division - they will tap his income tax refunds and will locate him through government channels.
