Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The father of my children and I "share parental responsibility" and I am the primary residential parent. If I have an agreement through the courts in Palm Beach County in the State of Florida clearly outlining a visitation schedule but there is no mention or restriction on me moving out of the county or state, does my ex have a right to dispute me relocating? He is not providing adequate financial support or fulfilling his obligations per our agreement and has intentionally been out of work for over a year already so he only has to pay the minimum according to his "income". I have been handling all of the kids expenses on my own for months with very minimal assistance from him. I have more support and assistance from family willing to help me take care of my kids in another state and better job opportunities and I am more than ready and willing to move. I am currently looking for work elsewhere and as soon as I secure something I would like to go. I just want to make sure he cannot dispute it and cause a problem for me once I have my plans set. What are my options?
