the father of my children hasnt given me a single dime since i last seen him in febuary.he keeps asking me for money.im getting cashaid right now.he doesnt understand hes gonna owe them.i have pretty recently told him its compleately over between us now.he went back out to work on a carnival show on good terms that he was gonna work and save money but still give me something.he hasnt.now that i told him im done.hes played too many games includeing supposedly fake dateing another girl.ok lol no such thing as fake dateing.these are the facts claims hes comming here at the end of the season to take the boys.for a week.bull taken them and running off with them.he has no proof of wither of them being his no dna test.no court documents or court order only 1 signed birth certifate of our first son the second was born in july. the man took me to shelters he didnt really look for jobs.so i came back here to be with family and do the right thing.he called me after not calling for a week to tell me about taken them for a week . told him no visits is all you get and my family will be present. he siad fine i will get a cop to show up with me at your door and force you to let me take them.what can i do to prevenmt this.hes abuseive phyically and mentally. he plays head games..what can i legally do to stop him from entering my moms home or trying to our sons without a court order.he has no place for them

You sound awful young. I am surprized your family has not taken you to the area legal aid department to get help with your problem. If he is not on the birth certificate then he will have to file a paternity action and then he will need to pay support and also ask for visitation. YOu need to get an attorney.
