Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The father shall have six consecutive weeks during each summer.THE MOTHER AND FATHER SHALL CONFER PRIOR TO MAY 1ST TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE WEEKS for the fathers summer parenting time.If the mother and father cannot agree then the father shall have the child the 2nd week of june until the 31st of july.

This is exact from court order. Do i have to allow her to go if he decides at the last min . july 10th he wants to pick her up. He lives in GA and we have shared transportation duties but he did not follow the orders. So I told him he can pick her up but he will be responsibles for bringing her home.

It looks to me like, if you can't agree by May 1, 2011, or if the two of you don't agree on something else, he gets her from June 6, 2011 to July 31, 2011. You didn't quote the part about shared transportation, but it would seem that, if he picks her up, you have to go gets her. Now, if you are talking about what happened this past summer, you weren't required to agree to July 10. If you didn't agree to July 10, then he would have had June 7, 2010 to July 31, 2010.
