Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How can a father get custody of the children from his wife which has had cps called on her and was tested positive for drugs?? What can he do??

Petition the court for emergency custody, attach the police reports and the latest drug results. Also file an injuction for protection for your children and get a hearing ASAP. As long as she is on drugs, the children are in danger.
