Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My father died when i was ten and a large settlement trust was set up for me,i am now forty,i have no idea who my power of attorney is and new york life said i have money there but i need to contact my poa.

You will need to prove to New York Life that you are the beneficiary of the trust. Where was your father's estate probated and who were the attorneys. They will have the answers for you.
