Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Father won't take kids to their softball games.

My daughters both play softball. The older one is very good. Their father refuses to take them to their games and practices on his weekends causing them to miss their games. My daughters would rather go to their games. At what age can they make that choice?

Re: Father. kids to their softball games.

Your question indicates a problem of understanding the need to participate in the childrens' activities. Communication is the answer. There is no legal answer, certainly not one that is balanced by any standard of economic dynamics.
