Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Father learns he has 9 yr old son in NY

A friend of mine recently found out through a DNA test in NY that he is a father to an exgirlfriend's child.

What can he do here in FL to file for more visitation? The child resides in NY.

Is there an attorney in the Orlando area that can give him a free consultation?

He is in need of a lot of advice.

Thank you so much!!
