Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

the father of my 2 month old so has not contacted me nor has he paid any support for the child in over a month he is on the birth certificate my question is is that if there is abandonment laws in the state of florida and if so how do they work please let me know thank you very much

file for child support from the dept of revenue - they will take it from there.
